The ideal turn 1 play would be to Play Build Support, Thwart with restrained phoenix, Put The X-Jet into play. Then Cyclops for three. That leaves 2 'Resources' for potentially whatever else you draw.
The point is to be Unleashed by Turn 2 by blocking with Cyclops and losing 2 more power counters. So on turn 2, you have a resource on Phoenix Force and can flip it easily.
