Based on the popular deck from theromeo3517, but I made a few substitutions that I prefer.
I've dropped Heimdall, as he was too expensive and I found I rarely got him and Chaos Magic at the same time.
Beyond that, more resources via a Quincarrier, and additional card draw with The Sorcerer Supreme and Ironheart.
Otherwise it plays the same. Use Global Logistics to setup the encounter deck, then use Hex Bolt to control the field, or Molecular Decay to melt someone.
In addition to that, fairly common shield cards allow Sky-Destroyer to ping targets somewhat regularly.
