BP deck from cards within the first wave only (up to Hulk). Thin your deck with allies, supports, and upgrades. Then recur the allies with Make the Call, draw with the Golden City and Strength in Numbers and destroy with a wave of Inspired allies (up to 5 with Triskelion and Avengers Tower) when you call "Avengers Assemble!". Don't forget to also collect your suit gear upgrades with Shuri, so you can call "Wakanda Forever"! Or just Make the Call to Hawkeye when you expect minions, Squirell girl when you expect drones, or Maria Hill when the first player lets you go first.
