The main goal of this deck is to make Hulk as unstoppable as possible. It is a big ATK is everything deck. With the amount of health you can have, you can face tank a lot of damage, as well as recover it with 8 REC and moment of triumph cards.
I supplemented the deck with lots of resource producers in order to offset the low card draw.
When you do have all of his upgrades out, it will be very hard for any villain to defeat you.
I played the deck with 4 players, they all died off and I soloed it with all of my upgrades with it getting extra scheme each turn.
