Genius? (ingenuity is well worth the addition) Lots of Tech to recycle? (Salvage and Repurpose are just made for each other). High thwart with non-basic methods of doing damage? (get those readies in to re-use the extra thwart juice gained from I've got a plan or repurpose).
(Rocket needs a reliable Punch resource generator in order to benefit from 'What Doesn't Kill Me' - thankfully he is Aerial :) ).
