This deck is a result of me wanting to see how well Cap can run Leadership S.H.I.E.L.D., and it turns out he can run it really well.

For this deck to really sing, you need to get the NickFury-Rapid Response engine going. The more you can thin the deck, the more likely that is to happen, so you really want to start getting all of those supports and upgrades down. The sooner you can get Sky-Destroyer out the better. You should also be bouncing Maria Hill in and out of play using Make the Call.

Cap is not generally put into the "flipping" camp, but whenever I can I like to flip down to take advantage of his ally discount and Steve's Apartment. Don't sleep on Steve's Apartment! Being able to heal for two and draw two extra cards every time you flip down is nothing to sniff at.

Ignore Dum Dum Dugan until you're set up. You're much better off concentrating on getting your card draw engine going and putting the supports into play that will pump him up for a massive attack in the end game. At the same time, don't be afraid to strategically use those supports to help your other allies keep threat and minions under control.
