This deck is designed to help you have insane card draw once you build your engine. With all the spider characters now this deck can keep you healthy without having to flip every other turn.

Cards That Could Be Cut

  • I made the deck bigger because I was getting through the deck very fast once the draw engine starts.
  • Double Resource cards are nice at the beginning but not necessarily once the game gets going. These are an easy three drop if you don’t want the larger deck.
  • Venom and Miles Morales Spider-Man are not needed.
  • Warrior of the Great Web only really works on venom and miles. I think you could add it to yourself but I never did.
  • Clarity of Purpose could also be reduced to one. I like two only because it gives me the ability to find it faster and for one damage you basically get two resources.
  • if you want to be at 40 you can drop one of the RD Facilities. I only had one out at a time and found they were good but not necessary.

Mulligan

  • You really want to get Web of Life out as soon as possible.
  • Sp/dr is a must to get out as early as possible. This card is insane and well worth the time to get out. This card does cost two each round to play but is a free card to put in your hand once defeated.
  • Clarity is the second most needed card. This card lets you take a damage to generate a resource and then you immediately get the toon counter for your next round.
  • Another good card to get out would be Team Building as it helps with reducing costs.

Strategy

  • The initial couple turns are designed to start building your board state similar to iron man. The difference here is that you need Web of Life out sooner than later. This helps with your card draw. If you get the endurance or the down time play those too. The down time is more important though because it will allow you heal for seven. And since you will be taking a damage each round to get room counters this will help you heal the damage you inflict to yourself.
  • The idea is that you will get your Web of Life down. Then as you play the spider alleys they will allow you to kill them off for extra cards. You will have to strategically do this though as if you want to build toon counters on your self as you have to take some damage each round to build them up. I found that wasn’t too hard to do as I would only have a few out and I would take one damage set and then the second on the ally.
  • With Sp/dr you get to play them each round if you have money. Once you have the team building and/or Clarity down you will be able to play for 0 to 1 resources every round. Basically the ally is there to do one damage each round unless you have a buff card and then a sort one attack. With this card out you can also use it to defend for any other player and then give yourself the card back. This combo is very good and will be a life savor for almost all villains you encounter.
  • The play is simple to get out one or two ally’s a round and then to use them for multiple attacks and to burn through minions. The ready cards for ally’s is good too as it allows you to use someone like spider Gwen twice in a round and three times if you have command team. This then lets you draw a card and put another hero card in your hand too. If you have rapid response out there too it lets you bring her back again. She is my favorite one to play as she can get buffed for each attack and do 9 damage in and of herself then come back and do another 2 damage again.

That is the basics of the deck. I have played on expert against Venom, Risky Business, The Hood and Sinister Six.

Any questions let me know or if there is a card you all think I missed hit me up on it.
