I feel like a few of the web-warrior cards really encourage treating your allies as expendable. Make sure you put Warrior of the Great Web on Ghost-Spider. And with Web of Life and Destiny, every time a Web-Warrior ally leaves play, Gwen gets +1 attack and a card draw. The goal is to make getting the allies out as easily and consistently as possible. When set up, and three events under George Stacy, the hope is that the Spider-Allies will show up in her hand more often. That way, with Team-Building Exercise, and all her resource cards, and even Across the Spider-Verse she'll be able to have an ally out most turns. Even though there are no Web-Warrior allies in the Leadership aspect, there are seven generic allies to choose from that that's a good number.
The interaction with Last Stand for her is better than normal for that card because when you play it, not only does she get the great one-shot from the ally, she'll also get to ready, +1 attack and a two-card draw with Web of Life and Destiny and a Web-Bracelet.
I think Peter Parker is better to get out with Across the Spider-Verse. I'd probably stash that event under George until you can get Peter into your discard and then play it to bring him out.
My hope is that this deck feels like a fast and loose attack of various spider-people from across the Spider-Verse.
I think this is an interesting setup. I'm not a huge fan of Team-Building Exercise due to the limited targeting, but in your deck, you are clearly focusing on getting Web-Warrior allies into play, so it's a great fit.
Just want to point out that Across the Spider-Verse can target Web of Life and Destiny, thereby leaving one of your warriors unexhausted.
I also like your Last Stand combo into bonuses. You might consider replacing Moxie with two copies of Sneak Attack. It's more thematic with your deck, doesn't require you to change form, and would allow you to cycle a single ally twice in one turn (Sneak Attack Otto into play, Last stand him for an attack, discard him, get your bonuses, then bring him back in with Across, ready your web bracelet and now he's ready to go.)
And in line with your recursion theme, you could ditch an ally and the pistol in favor of Regroup or Rapid Response.
Interesting deck!
