Natasha Romanoff, Never Flipping Director of S.H.I.E.L.D!

Black Widow has always been the best at never flipping, and now she's even better, capitalizing off of the brand new S.H.I.E.L.D kit from Sinister Motives. This deck can have upwards of 12 cards active on the table, offering some crazy choices towards the later game.

Meditation is your ticket to big turns, letting you utilize the typically never exhausting Natasha to get in your big ticket items. If you don't have a Meditation, Homeland Intervention checks Natasha as a S.H.I.E.L.D card so you can exhaust her for some handy AE threat removal. Combined with her already good Covert Ops, threat should rarely be a problem.

Your damage comes with your allies and Sky-Destroyer. Since you are never really triggering your prep cards, Winter Soldier should come out for quite cheap, and Agent 13can ready Sky-Destroyer every turn for double the damage.
