Ms. Marvel needs lots of event cards to make the most out of her, and Justice has the second most after Aggression. Concussive Blow is the star card which if played right keeps the enemy confused turn after turn while dealing damage to them.

But as Ms. Marvel ebbs and flows as a hero you really need strong support to keep you in the game, such as Beat Cop and Under Surveillance, as well as allies that can help protect you.
