Seems pretty efficient. Upgrades for Black Cat. Allies which mostly have effects on reveal to help with blocking and card drawing, as well as cards to keep them coming back into play often. Command Teams and Inspiring Presence to keep Black Cat swinging. More resources than you could ever ask for.

It works pretty well in my experience.
