War Machine has a good amount of damage output but not a ton of thwarting. So he pairs well with Justice, especially for solo play.
Justice also has a great attack event to help increase the amount of damage output by War Machine, Pivotal Moment.
Lastly, this deck also makes thematic sense, including some SHIELD allies and cards like Counterintelligence and Under Surveillance.
