Rocket Raccoon SonicBOOM

This decks trying to do four things.

Thematic, weapons kit for Rocket... which I think it does do, Justice for Sonic rifle.

Sonic Rifle leads to a confuse lock/damage deck...however Rockets THW is so big, and can be made to be huge I couldn't leave 'brains over brawn' out of it...

...Things to play around with... it does need to become more streamlined

'Does making an entrance synergise to Brains over brawn? Does the +2 THW for MAE carry over to BOB?'

Is Concussive blow too expensive for this kit? To be replaced

Rocket still wants to be dealing excess damage and whittling down the Minions especially when you draw Schadenfreude. Pulse grenades can sit waiting for those moments.... Followed was removed but was in there for the same reasons as Pulse grenade.

If I get the full nebula kit, Eros will be included as an ally. in the future if we have a justice event holding ally they would be an auto include for BOB to stick in. 'think fast' seems to be an ideal card for this deck too.
