Steve Rogers - Agent of Justice

The purpose of this deck is to utilize Cap's fantastic alter ego ability and Steve's apartment to play expensive justice allies for max value since he is tanky enough to not need chump blockers. First aid is a good card to sub in as well especially for Jack Flag and Venom, feel free to swap Justice Served and 1 copy of One Way or Another or Under Surveillance depending on the scenario. There is enough thwart here to easily have the main scheme at 0 to get Venom's kicker. In scenarios like Ultron where the first stage main scheme is very low, Under Surveillance can save you from an advance flip and can trivialize them however. Super soldier serum means you also have access to the kicker on concussive blow at any point making you a stun and confuse machine. Justice served is a bit of a flex card but brings good value on clearing a side scheme then clearing more off of the main scheme or another side scheme. With Heroic intuition you will be anywhere between 3-5 thwart due to Fearless Determination and is a good safety net on thwarting you can set up and leave in case needed with it being a 1 cost card with no forced response. It is not really worth using it just for 2 attack.
