I decided to do a series of decks where I pit them against the Core scenarios and see if they can beat all 3 on expert. This deck also beat every villain in Rise of the Red Skull on Expert. It beat Ronan standard. I did not attempt Ronan expert.

She-Hulk wants to flip often to take advantage of "Do you even Lift?"

This deck is based around the idea of taking down the villain as quickly as possible usually by taking undefended attacks in the early game while in hero form so that you can take down the second phase of a villain in one turn with a well timed gamma slam.

Get down avengers mansion and Deft focus early. Deft focus is extra important since it will allow you to play Gamma slam while drawing a hand in hero form.

Endurance is excellent to boost her health and keep her taking direct hits. Honorary Avenger can go on She-Hulk or sometimes on Speed or Lockjaw to buy them an extra turn.

I went with Lay down the Law instead of For Justice because she flips often and because its a science resource which is needed to pay for the bonuses on Multitaskin, Lay down the Law, and Superhuman Law Division.

Under Surveillance in solo is a god send and can buy you multiple turns of flipping down. A great move is using concussive blow to confuse the villain and then flip down for a free turn with Jennifer Walters ability and the confuse.

Similarly, drop a superhuman strength for 1 with deft focus and then attack for 5 and STUN is a great choice while flipping to hero form.

I dont always play down my allies but Speed and Lockjaw can be especially helpful if you get a bit behind on threat and Wiccan and Quake can help with minion management. One two punch and ground stomp can also help a lot with minion management. Took out 5 ultron drones with a single Ground Stomp.

Always be on the lookout for Split Personality. Never waste this card. Ideally you can draw it in hero form. Plop it down to flip to alter ego and draw six cards. Then flip back up to Hero mode activating your response and throwing down a flurry of attacks or thwart events. If you have some focused rage and Avengers Mansion you can reign hell on your enemies.

Overall just a really fun deck! I hope you enjoy it!
