Whole idea of this deck is to have free Winter Soldier on table to play all the time. Play some preparations first, then play him for 1 or for 0, use him 3 times, then block with him having Regroup on table. Get him back to your hand and play him next turn again for almost free thanks to your preparation cards.
Rapid Response combos well with all the allies you have in the deck - all of them have "after X enters play" effect which can be abuse to a maximum.
