New and updated version. Very great success in expert.
Tested a lot, overall using Mjollnir as resource doesn't goes too well. It's better to equip and stay in hero form forever if possible. Best use as resource is after a Hammer Throw, and then going alter-ego same round. But in general you want the extra attack, aerial, and to enable hammer throw and Mean swing.
God of Thunder are top priority upgrade (even before Asgard), pays for itself quickly and enables good Lightning Strikes, Hall of Heroes it's also great in some scenarios like Ultron (with The Power of agression if possible), because enables the big plays later on.
Defender of the Nine Realms is a key card, worth saving in hand. Excellent twart value + generates minions for card draw and Hall of Heroes. Don't be afraid of accumulate 2 minions, you can remove them so easy. Even bigger ones die with Mean Swing, Hammer Throw and most of them with Relentless Assaults. Valkyrie it's also awesome in most cases after a Defender of the Nine realms. A lot of damage to the villain it's done while you remove minions (with Overkill and Lightnings).
Battle fury's are to combat exhaustion and stunned. You can exhaust to remove the stun, and you can use battle fury after killing a minion with an event to prepare, the you can smash again.
Main strategy is stay in Hero Mode as longer as possible. Minions during Villain phase gives you 2 cards, and then Defender of the Nine Realms can generate more. Flip to Odinson just Recover, call Mjolnir after Hammer throw round or prepare a big round with Hall of Heroes. To survive in hero mode play the helmet, endurance, and lot of allies. Lady Sif is amazing and with lot of uses. Can be used to heal twice after going alter ego, and then you are ready to strike again.
Mid game, play your allies, and use them to Thwart (Sif and Heimdall are incredible and with great abilities, also Nick Fury and NEVER forget Lockjaw, he can save you many many games), last hit minions or defend (specially with Hulk - insane HP value, don't attack with him unless is greatly needed).
Thor cards are huge value so you don't really need to develop the board so much, with 1-2 resource generators you are good to go. Keep the Hammer throws in hand, with 4-5 of them most villains are dead and most games won. Keep attacking when possible and using Mean swing to huge damage, while your allies keep threat low and save your life when needed.
Have fun!
