Steve Rogers, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D

Created this for the theme. Every character has the S.H.I.E.L.D trait. It's also why I added the Helicarrier instead of the Quincarrier.

I've only play tested this once against Standard Rhino with Legions of Hydra (again for theme). The deck did pretty well, considering I got Zemo in the first villain turn, multiple guards and toughs, and Madame Hydra late game.
