Captain America (agent C and the low cost thwart team)

This deck uses Agent Coulsons ability to fish preparations out to add to your hand size so you can build up or use them to help you stay in hero form longer. i like to get sense of justice or the serums out early to help with those cheap thwart events. Cap can then deal damage using his hero cards and certain Allies who are built for that (like Wiccan). Clear the area helps with the card draw for Cap so he can use his hero ability more often.
