Expensive, restricted, requires completing at least 2 side schemes to justify its use, but its only really worth past 3+ completed PSS.
Yes, on late (if you survive and accomplish enough to reach late) its spending a for 3/4 ranged damage. But until then its a constant dead weight in your hand and in your board.
I agree I think this card is the reason why I constantly lose playing Cable

Well I would play it when you defeat lock and load so you circumvent the cost. And even 2 damage for 1 energy can be worth it if you would have an unspent Ressource of Greymalkin otherwise. Sure it's not top priority but far from a dead weight especially when it's on the board already
