Tigra has a high-risk, high-reward playstyle that encourages engaging extra minions.

Game-plan

Handling threat:

• Combo Overwatch with Crisis Averted/Infiltration. Up to 12 threat removed for 5 ER.
• Feline Senses for spot-removal

Handling minions:

• Tooth and Claw for AoE
• Sharp Claws/Stealth Strike for spot removal
• Captain Britain/Wiccan for ally support

Survival

• Endurance
• Specialized Training -> Front Line Specialist
• Cat-Like Reflexes

Ramp

• Face the Past
• Quincarrier
• Helicarrier
• Avengers Mansion
• Cat's Head Amulet

Overwatch Tips:

Attach Overwatch to the main scheme, and you can later perform two massive thwarts for the price of one. You can double-dip on a 6-thwart with Crisis Averted or a 5-thwart with Infiltration.

I prefer to attach Overwatch to the main scheme because Crisis Averted is restricted to the main scheme, and because it is never possible for the main scheme to leave play before you are ready to activate Overwatch.

If you happen to draw an Overwatch card while one is already attached to the main scheme, you can either attach it to a side-scheme or use it with a lower-value thwart. (Feline Senses or request a teammate to thwart.)
