Awkward Thanksgiving at the X-Mansion

It's that time of the year where families are getting together to celebrate Thanksgiving. But this year the X-Mansion is full of X-Tension. Whether it's X-Tending a welcome to all the Summers family members or the sexual X-Tension of the various romantic triangles, either way you are in for a treat. Especially when the party is interrupted by [insert villain name here] and the guests must all work together to defeat him/her/them!

Wolverine has to set aside his feelings for Phoenix to help her BF Cyclops, and Cyclops has to try to avoid awkward eye contact with The White Queen so he isn't sleeping on the couch tonight.

Cyclops' younger brother Havok didn't realize his on-again-off-again lover Polaris would be at the party, but when the action (not that kind of action) breaks out he can rush off to the Danger Room to get some Attack Training, while Polaris is busy giving out a tough status (if you know what I mean).

Jean might take a breather and head out to Cerebro so she doesn't have to keep seeing Rogue making eyes at Scott from across the table. She might want to get ahold of someone to gossip with (maybe someone with a good 'when revealed' effect? Hope Summers or Polaris maybe?).

When the stuffing really hits the fan, Rogue and Wolverine can work well together, doing one damage to Wolvie to add his ATK stat to hers, instead of the 2 consequential damage he would normally take, he just doesn't get his trademark piercing (not that kind of piercing, the keyword kind). Both Rogue and Wolverine are the other X-People that might want to take a trip to the Danger Room (just as friends, you sicko).

Any of these X-Characters can make use of the War Room as a refuge, and to remove a bit of threat while they're at it. And with Boot Camp it can be a bit easier for them to defeat the minions who tagged along to the party.

There's plenty of First Aid and healing in the medicine cabinets of the many bathrooms in the X-Mansion so the allies can enjoy the party for longer!

So pass the turkey (with your mind if you're psionic), and settle in for this very special holiday episode of Marvel Champions!
