The deck's idea is controlling the plan with the Beat Cops and using cheap allies to protect from the hits. It's a very powerfull deck. It lets you control everything. It's not the fastest or the funniest.
La idea del mazo es controlar el plan con los Policías de Barrio y usar aliados baratos para protegerse de los golpes. Es un mazo muy potente. Te permite controlarlo todo. No es el más rápido ni el más divertido.
